You must be at least 18 years of age to use CrushLens. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

You may only upload photos of real people for whom you have obtained their explicit, informed consent to use their likeness for AI image generation on this platform.

Uploading a photo of any person without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes photos of strangers, acquaintances, public figures, celebrities, or any other individual who has not personally agreed to their image being used on this Service.

By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents for that use.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or store content that:

• Depicts, involves, or could be mistaken for minors in any context
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfake pornography
• Is used to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any individual
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Generated images are provided for your strictly private, personal use only. You must not share, publish, distribute, post, upload, broadcast, or otherwise make available any generated image to any third party or on any platform — including but not limited to social media, messaging apps, websites, or forums.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the subject of the original photo gave their consent for the generation. Consent for generation does not imply consent for distribution.

New accounts receive 4 free credits upon registration, with no credit card required. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed upon each successful image generation. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Unused credits do not expire, but may be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

All images produced by the Service are AI-generated. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, realism, likeness, or quality of generated output. Generated images may not accurately represent the uploaded subject and should not be treated as factual depictions of any real person or event.

Generated images may be stored on our private servers solely for legal compliance purposes. Such images are not publicly accessible and are not shared with any third parties.

Images will be automatically deleted once the legally required retention period has elapsed and we are no longer required to retain them under applicable law.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the image solely for the purpose of generating the requested output.

Generated images are made available to you for personal use only. We make no claim of ownership over generated images, but equally make no warranty as to their originality or freedom from third-party IP claims.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice or refund, if we determine — at our sole discretion — that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any abusive, harmful, or illegal use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from misuse of generated content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
